Terms & Conditions
Muslim Discipline · Last updated: 14 June 2026
By downloading or using the Muslim Discipline app ("the App"), these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure that you read them carefully before using the App.
1. Local Data & Responsibility
Muslim Discipline is an offline-first application. This means all your journals, dhikr counts, tasks, and settings are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this data. Consequently, if you lose your phone, factory reset it, or uninstall the App without performing a manual backup, your data will be permanently lost. We cannot be held liable for any data loss.
2. Accuracy of Information & Alarms
We strive to provide highly accurate prayer times, qibla directions, and adhan notifications. However, these are calculated based on mathematical models and device GPS accuracy. Alarm delivery depends heavily on your device's operating system (e.g., battery optimization settings). Therefore, the App is provided "as is", and we are not legally responsible if an alarm fails to ring or if there is a slight variation in prayer times.
3. Lifetime Purchase
Muslim Discipline is a paid application offering a lifetime license. All transactions are handled securely by Google Play Billing. Any refund requests must be processed in accordance with Google Play's standard refund policies.
4. Intellectual Property
The Muslim Discipline name, design, code, and original assets belong to us. You are not allowed to copy, modify, or attempt to extract the source code of the App or translate the App into other languages without our explicit permission.
5. Changes to These Terms
We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
